Scott Baniecke is a recognized leader with more than 32 years of dedicated federal public service and fast-track career promotions through a series of increasingly responsible management positions, leading large-scale operations and making key decisions that affect operations nationwide with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the U.S. Department of Justice, the last 20 years of law enforcement dedicated to ICE -Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

Scott Baniecke served as the ICE-ERO Field Office Director; he managed and directed the dynamic St. Paul Field Office; a geographically large five state Area of Operation in a politically charged environment with significant focus and oversight responsibilities including criminal immigration enforcement, public safety and national security. Consistently striving for excellence, identifying efficiencies, and seeking solutions to create, establish, and sustain a "model" ERO Field Office through partnership, innovation and cooperation.
