May 12, 2014 Sabot Consulting will provide independent verification and validation (IV&V) services for the M-Trust design, development, and implementation project. By engaging Sabot TRS expects to increase project success and reduce risk by identifying, as early in the project as possible, those problems that have the potential for substantial impact on project success. Sabot will assist TRS to identify, document, and analyze challenges to project and software development practices and make changes that will increase the potential to meet M-Trust Project objectives, milestones, and deliverable dates.
