Sabot to develop Caltrans' IT Strategic Plan

Caltrans selected Sabot Consulting to develop a new IT Strategic Plan, which will serve as a roadmap for the organization-wide IT activities from 2014-2019. The IT Strategic Plan is essential for the Caltrans IT Division to move forward in a manner delivering the most value to the organization. Sabot will conduct an assessment of the current IT environment, determine the Division’s strategic direction and objectives, including alignment with the Department’s Strategic Plan, and determine activities, timeline and cost estimates.
