Christopher has nearly 25 years of experience aligning business strategy and IT operations across a wide spectrum of industries. Throughout his career, which has spanned the public and private sectors, Christopher has had the opportunity to work with numerous business executives and CIOs, offering his personal attention and expertise in the analysis, definition and implementation of improved organizational processes.
Sue Hall is an organizational development and change management professional offering 20+ years’ consulting experience in the manufacturing, financial services, private, public, and corporate social responsibility sectors. Sue delivers a systematic and holistic approach to project and change management that helps leaders and their teams to adopt change and leverage competitive advantage through robust people practices, goal alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and development, process analysis, and process (lean) improvement.
Darren is not only a U.S. Army Veteran and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he has more than fifteen years of experience in information technology and management consulting. With a high level of discipline and the insider knowledge that comes from extensive hands-on experience, Darren works with CIOs and other C-level executives to bring business and technology together on large development implementation projects and program restructuring. He has worked on projects ranging in size from several million to several hundred million dollars, and for clients such as AT&T, DirectsTV, Toyota, and the States of California and Montana.
Since retiring from CDCR in 2012, he served as a retired annuitant Deputy Director and Correctional Administrator (Associate Warden) for CDCR; served as an ACA Consultant for the California Prison Industry Authority; and has provided ADA consulting services to the Orange County Jail, Solano County Jail, Santa Clara County Jail, Sacramento County Jail, Monterey County Jail, and the Michigan Department of Corrections. Worked as a court appointed monitor in Federal ADA litigation cases for the Monterey County Jail, Orange County Jail, and Michigan Department of Corrections.
Jason has over 20 years of experience in developing, planning, and executing program and IT strategic initiatives. He worked through college at a variety of technology assignments with increasing complexity and responsibility, graduating with a B.S. in Management Information Systems and Decision Science from George Mason University in Virginia. Following an internship at Booz Allen Hamilton Jason was hired as an enterprise architecture consultant for the Federal government where he provided EA leadership to more than a dozen Federal agencies during his time in the D.C. area.
Since retiring from CDCR in 2014, he has provided Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) consulting services to Santa Clara County Jail, Sacramento County Jail, Shasta County Jail, Michigan Department of Corrections, Orange County Jail, and the Santa Barbara County Jail. Worked as a court appointed monitor in Federal ADA litigation cases in Shasta County Jail in California, Santa Clara County Jail in California, Orange County Jail in California, Santa Barbara County Jail in California and the Michigan Department of Corrections in the State of Michigan.
